If you engage with Metrosure as a business partner for our B2B services (In-Store Campaigns, Device Leasing, Call Centre Services, or Sales & Marketing Outsourcing), the following additional terms apply:
Service Agreements:
B2B services are governed by separate commercial agreements that specify scope, pricing, performance metrics, and service level agreements. These commercial agreements supplement these general Terms of Service.
Quality Assurance:
We maintain a 95% quality assurance average across all sales operations. Our B2B services include dedicated quality assurance processes with regular monitoring and performance reporting.
Data Processing:
When providing B2B services, we act as a data processor on behalf of our retail partners. Data handling is governed by formal data processing agreements in compliance with POPIA. Partners warrant they have lawful grounds to share customer data and have obtained necessary consents.
Performance Reporting:
We provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to our B2B partners as specified in the relevant service agreement.
Intellectual Property:
Sales methodologies, training materials, QA frameworks, and proprietary processes shared by Metrosure remain our intellectual property. Partners may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
Our aggregate liability under B2B agreements shall not exceed the fees paid by the partner in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim, unless otherwise specified in the commercial agreement.
